These are auctions held at the residence of the owner of the estate. They are not cataloged.
Be sure to listen for any special conditions that may be announced for a particular lot. "Sold each" means your bid is for just one item in a group, but you are buying all items in the group. For example, you may bid $100 for "4 Chairs - Sold Each," meaning you must take all 4 and the total price is $400 (4 x $100.) "Choice" means your bid is for one item in a group and you may choose which items you want. For example, you may bid $200 for "3 Tables - Choice," meaning you can take your choice of 1 for $200, 2 for $400 (2 x $200) or all 3 for $600 (3 x $200.) Then any of the tables you didn't choose will be offered to any one else for $200 each. Finally if any still remain, they are auctioned again.

However, unless explicitly announced, no warranty is made regarding any item's authenticity or condition. All statements made by the auctioneer take precedence over anything in our catalogs, advertisements or web pages.
